Cancellation and Refund Policy (Australia)

We comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage provided the goods were used according to instructions (documentation) from us and not misused or wrongly fitted. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind
We do not have to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind. However, we may offer a refund or exchange at our discretion if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase, in original unused condition, and with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described contact us as soon as possible with details and photos.We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund according to the ACL.For major failures, you can choose a refund or replacement.For minor issues, we may repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.

Cancellations (Before Shipment or Service Delivery)
Orders may be cancelled before shipping or commencement of service for a full refund. Once goods have shipped, you must follow the returns process above.

Custom or special-order items may not be cancelled once production has started.

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item or confirm eligibility.
